Shipping policy

·         Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post only.

·         Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation or successful payment.

·         Delivery timelines shall be subject to the operational policies and service standards of the applicable courier company or postal authority.

·         The Platform Owner is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or postal services.

·         All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

·         Order dispatch and delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email address provided during checkout.

·         Any shipping charges levied by the seller or Platform Owner, if applicable, are non-refundable.
