General

All products sold on this platform are subject to the terms outlined in this Replacement / Refund Policy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
Some products are available in multiple colours/designs.
Products may be shipped in random colours/designs

No Return Policy

Products once sold are not eligible for return.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests shall be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The customer provides a clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product opening as proof.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts intact.

Non-Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests shall not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Color, design, or size variation due to display or lighting differences.
  • Requests made after 48 hours from delivery.
  • Absence of valid unboxing video proof.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. In cases where a replacement is approved and the same product is unavailable, the Platform Owner reserves the right to:

  • Provide an alternative product of equivalent value, or
  • Issue store credit at its sole discretion.

Replacement Processing

Approved replacements shall be dispatched within a reasonable time frame after verification of the claim, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Reverse shipping, where applicable, shall be arranged at the discretion of the Platform Owner.

Platform Discretion

The Platform Owner reserves the right to inspect the product and supporting evidence before approving or rejecting any replacement request. The decision of the Platform Owner shall be final and binding.
